Lowercase for the language name in Portuguese

Hi Teodor605!

The language names in Portuguese are written in lowercase. Therefore the links in the body of the text should be to norueguês nynorsk not to "Norueguês Nynorsk". Of course, the categories use the name with the first letters of each word in uppercase.
