:To Your question on [[Usuário Discussão:Nino0]], how to proceed in this situation, when the username already exists, is a decision every project has to make itself, most projects, allow the renaming of existing usernames who never edited before. [[User:Nino]] has 0 edits, 0 log entries (only new user log of course), 0 deleted entries, [[Especial:Contactar_usuário/Nino|no email given]], therefore I would say this is a straight case, where a rename would not do any harm, if You prefer, as some projects do, leave a informative note on the users talk before You rename him.
